110v Extension Lead testing

Every 110v lead i have tested including new ones have failed the earth bond test.
They all give a reading of 0.25ohm.
I have the earth clip connected to a screwdriver when testing.
I am using a smartpat 5500
What am i doing wrong

How long are the leads and what is the csa of the conductors.

A 30M 2.5mm cable will be have a reading of .22 ohms.

If leads are shorter than that I would suspect a poor connection somewhere in the leads connectors or are you testing on a low current setting?
