We have done it 2 ways:
1) Used K2 slate hooks screwed directly (S/S Spax) to the rafters, with an edpm seal underneath and used a specialist felt roofer to seal it all, - end result was better than the original
Just as well MCS 012 hasn't come (and it looks as though it isn't likely to..) into effect.
2) a really nice unistrut fabrication tied into the building to avoid sliding, and large spreaders and ballast to cope with wind load, also placing a specialist material between the spreaders and roof to negate the effect of any possible movement (scuffing).
Calculations were interesting, there again we have qualified structural engineers working for us
BayWa.re do a specialised mounting for this type of installation.
Have a look at mounting feet from Danish company Jual. Specifically designed for felt, both cold and warm roof.
Can be specified with different types of felt system to match and maintain warranty of covering. Not cheap but very effective.
