hi guys, was called to a 5 year old housing estate, flood damage. client requested pir done to check installation. on inspection i found that they have supplied there ff flats with 16mm t & e inside walls from bottom of staircase. no switch fuses at bottom of stairs etc,,. i have given fact of undersized tails and earth a 4 also 4 for no rcd protection of tails installed in walls and also no switch fuse. would anyone have done diffrent. thanks!.

I would agree with the code 4 regarding the RCD issue. How is the 16mm terminated at the supply end then if no switchfuse/isolator??? what is it's overload protection???
