17kw g59 with 20kw panels?

Hi guys

have found this forum really helpful so far thanks for all the info everyone shares!

I have applied for a 17kw system using a sunnyboy 17000tl

just wondering if its fine to use around 20kw of panels on this ( have already told dno its 17kw generater..?)

its sw/w facing so wont go over 17kw even if the inverter would allow it...

If you're changing the design then tell the DNO. They don't like being kept out of the loop.
