17th edition exam

Hi i qualified from my apprenticeship in July 2007 to the 16th edition, do i need to do the full 17th exam or can i do the refresher course?
Iv been told different things so thought id ask on here?
My JIB card says on the back
completed apprenticeship nvq level 3
I.E.E wiring regulations 16th edition

If you have the 16th you only need to upgrade to 17th so the full exam does not apply to you.

Hey chap - its the 2382-20 exam that you need.
