hi guys does anyone know where i can do a 17th edition course in around 3 days or so ive been googleing but some of the sites ive been seeing look alittle home made so, was wondering if u guys know of anywhere. thanks

Or give your local FE colleges a ring, my local 2 rarely keep their websites upto update but tend to run a fast track 5 day course every term

Hi,

I contacted a local college (Yeovil in Somerset) and for just the online GOLA exam they wanted £35 which I thought was a great deal. If you know the regs book and are good at flicking through pages quickly then you could probably pass it as it is open book. I wish i had looked around a bit more before I did my course, I paid a lot of money and to be honest I have learnt more reading up on this forum then any of the weeks I studied. Good luck

Couple of training centers in Harlow, I tried to leave feedback with a post in the course thread section but it was never posted by whom ever checks them first. I done the 3 day version, Friday evening for a couple of hours and all day Saturday and Sunday cost £434.00 all in. If you want any info send me a pm.

Would of cost me £50+ if I opened my eyes

There is a web-based course I was considering doing this with, cost about £120, you'll have to PM me to get the name as mentioning it seems to be banned on here. In the end I decided to do it properly through local college over ten weeks for the best part of £300

PS I have no connection with ***********, but they are local to me.

You could try this place, they do the full course on a weekend with the exam aswell, £220 all in with your results there and then, very good, the guy who does it is called phill spratt, he also was my lecturer when i was in college, help you all the way and explains everything. good luck.

I've been doing 2330 L3 at Loughborough College, everyone on the course has done really well because standard of tuition is excellent. They also do various other electrical courses including 2382-10, £200 for the 3 day course, which doesn't seem a bad price compared with some of the others.

Have also seen these ***********, put a search on internet, looks like you do all the theory online in your own time then sit the exam at their test centre around Northampton somewhere, only £119 for everything. If you want the details PM me as can't seem to put there name in the post. Has anyone used them before?
