17th PIR DVD | on ElectriciansForums

Discuss 17th PIR DVD in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

Scanning the NICEIC web store, the only Periodic DVD is the "DVD 2", price £17+vat... Could well be the same....

NICEIC - approving excellence

Maybe email or call test-meter.co.uk ...

I have the NICEIC DVD box set 1,

which contains...

Understanding and filling in schedules of items inspected,
Inspection and testing - Initial verification for domestic properties,
Domestic Periodic inspecting, testing and reporting,
Safe isolation procedure.

I also have,,

the 17th edition introduction DVD,
Understanding Circuit Protection Series Part 1 - Introduction to Protection for Saftety and Fault Protection

and a learninglounge DVD - A guide to industrial inspection and testing - initial verification.

The DVD boxset cost around £45. I am fairly sure that I have all the NICEIC DVD's.. however if the DVD testmeter are advertising at £49 is different, I would suggest buying the boxset as the DVD in their is more than sufficient. Even if some of it's contents are wrong.

Good for reference though, I have then all on my Ipad for when I'm lonely

Can't see any Box Set on NICEIC website, I know there is box sets because ive seen them on ebay but ive always thought they were old DVD's and not upto the 17th.. so never bothered with them

Nope

Got em in front of me, all have 17th Edition on em.
Plus, having watched them all, I can confirm they are 17th compliant.
