Guys I have Created this 18th Edition MINOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WORKS CERTIFICATE.

I have Designed it myself looking at BS7671 2018 (IET Wiring Regulations) It might help you guys, EIC and EICR i am going to create them soon.

It's correct. Live to live means between line conductors or between line conductor/s and neutral.
Cheers now get where they are coming from , Linking L+N relative to earth --- "Line conductors" = Load circuit ,where energy is to be used !
(R1+N-R2)
and not just 3 phase !

The IET usually have the models forms downloadable for free in their resources section. I notice they haven't bothered putting them on for the 18th yet, probably too busy fixing mistakes they have made in their latest release.
