For those that have this design project, I figured it would be useful to give an idea of what it may look ok like IRL, so that you have an idea.
Rooms will have Thier own board.
Cb as main switch, RCD to protect sockets, several radials split over the room, lights (see below) and an MCB for Air Con control, at the very end of the top row is a 230/24v transformer as all lighting is ELV.
Bottom row is your contactor/relays for the lighting loads and cardkey switch (insert card into slot and power is turned on, remove it and power is turned off
