You can buy fans which have multipul switching facilities or as Tel mentioned

Double pole switches don't necessarily provide two way switching. You'll have to be clear as to what is exactly required.

Two DP switches so long as they're on the same circuit. Relays if they're not.

As Tony says , I've always used two DP switches.

DP switches or you can come off the switched side of the light via a relay / contactor
