This is a little vague. A friend was telling me he changed a CU with all RCBO's. He said the upstairs lighting and downstairs lighting was on their own designated circuits. He said when he operated either downstairs or upstairs 2 way lighting on the stairs it would trip the RCBO instantly.
He solved this by feeding both circuits from the same RCBO. This got me thinking, would this be likely a borrowed neutral issue?
