Hi,

I have an existing 2-way switch which is wired as:

A = Red (top of switch)
B1 = Yellow (top of switch)
B2 = Blue (top of switch)
A1 = Black (bottom of switch)
A2 = blank (bottom of switch)
B = Red (bottom of switch)

My new switch (image attached)

I would be grateful if anyone could let me know how to wire up the new switch.

thank you very much in advance

A photo of the old switch wired would clarify. Things before giving advice, but seems simple enough.

Did You have two 3 core and earth cables.

where the red conductors in both the common terminations.

Just think of the new switch as two switches. There is a Com, L1 and L2 on each side. Left and right.

On one sw
The three core cable. Red into com, yellow and blue into L1 and L2 doesn’t matter which way round.

On the other switch
Red into common, black (with a bit of red or brown tape or sleeving) into L1

There is no interconnection between the two sides of the switch. This may mean that the two sides are possibly on two circuits, so please be careful[ElectriciansForums.net] 2 Way Switch Mapping

Looks like your new switch is also metal front, so make sure you connect the earth wire
