2010....and your business.

What do you think 2010 will have instore for your business.?

Are you confident that the industry will stabalise..?

I think that things will pretty much stay as they are for the near future, but by the summer, work with new builds and the housing industry will pick up, even if its a slow start.
A lot of customers that I do work for( I find, that is ), are fixing their houses up ( extensions, conservatories etc ), instead of moving, as firstly, mortgages are not readily available as before and secondly it costs a lot too move with stamp duty, solicitors fees etc.
Also their is not really a lot of choice on the housing market at the moment.
So as long as the lady wants that new extension, kitchen or bathroom, I think we are going to be safe boys.
