My C/C on the above van has stopped working whilst displaying "check c/c" & "check speed limiter". Got it plugged in today and come up with -

P0564 C/C MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH CIRCUIT HIGH VOLTAGE/OPEN

P0564 C/C MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH CIRCUIT VOLTAGE OUT OF RANGE

The speed limiter works occasionally but the C/C is dead altogether.

So far I have removed and tested the clutch switch which was fine.

I fitted a new main switch on the dash which toggles between cruise and speed limiter thinking this was the cause but no joy ( after fitting I had all errors cleared from ecu / bcu - cruise activated for less than 5 seconds and dead since )

Any ideas on what next

Pain in the arse when you use it every day

Thanks

youse lucky. i had one of them vans, could n't get anything to work, 8 weeks in main dealers just to get it running. it packed up again after 6 weeks

Yep,you are going to need the help of someone clued up,on the model.....not always the dealer?

I would check the marque specific forums,BBA,and similar, for common issues, also check for dealer recalls...may need several dissections,to determine whether a component,or connection fault'

These are the vans which have the elecric servo power steering, with a fuse you cannot replace, only the full unit. I have it on very good authority, the dealers were diagnosing the fault as a steering rack issue,as the warranty hours were minimal, for the fuse unit replacement, whereby,a full rack.......
