Becsuse I passed and was signed off today to.

Even managed a distinction in the 303 16 questions and came top of the class which I nearly fell of the chair laughing so much!

Did get a round of applause though!

301: Pass
302: Credit
303: Distinction

Overall, a nice steady improvement..........Now........

The prctical part was our first exam and managed that Ok. The written was relatively easy. Or easier compared to the test and inspect one.

Id say 60% was commen sense questions and answers.

well done mate. did my 303 written yesterday and fairly confident of a credit. got my 302 practical on 30th and then i'm done. about(NO SWEARING) time too!!

I thought Id get a credit for the 303 and ended up with a distinction so you may go the same way. 302 was the easiest of the 2 practicals for. Its basically just remembering the correct steps and procedure.

We had it drilled into us that if we couldnt perform a safe isolation at the start then it was an immediate fail so I spent all my time going over in my head, drawing a basic installation on my front room wall and using 2 cables to go through the 'procedures' and went in fairly confident although I almost packed it in after 5 minutes once nerves took over.

My lecturer was extremely good. He knew I could do it, Id been smahing all the answers in class, he also knew that Id gone to a bag of rubbish. Once hed seen this happen he took me to one side, told me that there was no reason I couldnt pass, told me he would help me once, gave me a basic reference to what I was doing and after that I stoprmed through it.

Performed all the tests, even smashed the safe isolation procedure spot on. Even down to RCD trip times, I started rattling those off as if I was talking about chicks in the pub!

Needless to say he was well chuffed when he gave me my final mark!

yeah if anything i thought it was a bit to easy maybe i found a fault and i thought no that cant be it its way to easy so carried on looking for another lol until examiner said you have found it lol
