236 electrical installation work

Hi everyone, i dont know what the 236 electrical insatallation work. Im a Filipino i have qualifiaction from my country BSIT bachelor of science in industrial technology. Major in Electrical Technology I have 4 years in university. Its that same the 236 EIW? Anybody help pls.

Hi. the 236 is a very old electrical installation course number. You need to check your qualification against the 2391 or 2357.

its sounds to me like your qualifications are theory based. To work as an electrician in the UK, you need qualifications that also show that you have had practical tarining alongside the theory.
236 was the old course that used to prove the practical and theoretical training.
