Firstly, I would like to thank the argumentative people who got my 'JIB GRADING someone help' thread closed. And i would like to ask anyone if they have ever heard of a 2369 electrical installation competences part 2 qualification, as i have 2369 parts 02 and 2369 electrical installation work course c. The problem I'm finding is that I dont know what they are equivalent to. I rang up C&G and they said its not on their system anymore, and i would have to pay ÂŁ34 for some one to look it up. I mean honestly, I finished it in 2005, it was only 4 years ago and now they cant tell me jack about it. I can only assume that it was the qualification before the 2360, which is now 2330, but currently, I have no starting block to work towards nvq3 to get a JIB card. which now I'm only a trainee. The more i'm looking into it, the more confused i'm getting??????:(

Never heard of the 2369 mate.I did the 236-1 and 236-2 in electrical installation. There was a C course but i never did it.The 233 replaced the 236,don't know when but i did my courses in the mid 80s:)

danny its tommo did my class 2 with you. any way i am still in mate and have brought this to the attention of the RECPD and they have contacted City and guilds on my behalf. The problem is that we have done the 2369. the reason the 9 part is there is because it has been issued by the school of engineering ie chatham. The new lads that are coming throgh now get the 2330 which has replaced the 2360 which we did. However because chatham now has kent collage attached to it they are allowed to get 2330. so mate i have loads of e-mails now from people and this problem is still a issue but as this now affects one of the ssgt and my oc and my col is the old SI of electrical wing in chatham i am pushing to get this resolved.will try and let people know.
