hi just wondered if 2382-20 will cover the new amendment or would i have to take another update course on 2382-12

The amendment doesn't need a new exam - however there is no update exam so if you're doing the 16th-17th (2382-20) do it now otherwise you'll have to do the 60 question exam once the 2382-10/20 is phased out at the end of the year

i will do that thanks it just seems daft that if take the 2382-20 update now you dont know if your covered up to the new regs

You're not.

I'd suggest doing the 2382-12 exam instead.
