Make the most of your time at the college,if your not quite following something then ask,everything sort of links in together so if you dont get something you may stuggle with the rest.Do extra study at home,it all helps.It is a brain melter the old 2391,but if your willing to put in the effort then it is a really good,enjoyable course.I loved it.GN3 is a neccessity,you must know this inside out.Good luck mate,let us know how you get on.

Take a look at the chief examiners reports as it will give you an idea of where students go wrong in general.

As said before read GN3 again and again.

Take a look at some past papers as this will give a rough idea of what to expect, but also expect a real sod of a paper on the day

If you put the ground work with GN3 it will take alot of pressure off and you will really enjoy the course.

I enjoyed every minute but wished the written exam was not at the end of a long day.

cityguilds exam success is good book explains how to answer questions correctly by the way they are wordrd and a good exersise at the back of a mock exam
