2391 and 2391-10 ??

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me.. City and guilds 2391 and City and guilds 2391-10, Are these the same courses? If they are different courses, what is the difference? Cheers.

The 2391-10 is the inspection & testing course. The 2391-20 is the design, erection & verification course.

The 2392 is also an inspection and testing course but not as detailed as the 2391-10 and is seen as a stepping stone for those with little or no experience.

thanks, Im a domestic installer , just started with the NICEIC scheme, Im looking for a course to build upon that, testing and inspecting wise. I was wondering if this would be okay to beef up my testing and inspecting confidence skills and which i must admit are pretty basic.

The 2392 is designed to introduce the candidate with the application of testing, whilst the 2391-10 assumes you are already familiar with the testing methods.

Gpz just wondering you said your testing skills r basic so how did u get on niceic dom installer because the nic inspector rip my --- apart asking me questions on testing ???? Just wondered if all inspectors are same
