2391 course

Hello, this is my first thread and i hope im in the right section for help?
I rang my local college asking to book onto the test and inspection course (periodic), i have known this course as 2391 for a couple of years, but they have pointed me towards 2395-01 and 2395-20, i am confused because a college 20 miles up the road does all of the courses.
I have done my 2361, 2362, AM1,AM2, 16th to 17th my level three and just want the testing element against my name please can anyone clarify what i need?

i beleive that the 2391 has or is about to be replaced. I think that this is unfortunate, as the 2391 was classed as a benchmark.

2391 is due to be replaced in December the next 2391 exam is in june you'd better get studying!

i thinkthat the replacement is spli into 2 courses, the 2394, and 2395. 2394: iniotial verification and 2395: EICR's

Hey Monty
Check out the links below. I'm going to do the course too and have been researching it. I'm not totally clear but it would appear that the 2395 directly replaces the 2391, while the 2394 is the 'Fundamental'/Initial Verification side of things.

Quick question can you skip the 2394 and go straight to the 2395?

Just as I have plenty experiance of testing just not got the ticket
