A continuity test between P & N is conducted on a final ring main comprising of 2,5/1.5mm pvc/pvc cable. Readings of two sockets close to each other indicate a increasd value to that of the other sockets. State
1)TWO possible reasons for the increased redings.
 
An insulation resistance test was carried out on a large complex installation before it wasput into service. The test values obtained between live conductors and earth was 10Mohms. State
A) two possible reasons for this value excluding connect equipment and cable damage.
B) whether measured value is acceptable
