Q

Quirky

Help please guys, got my 2391 practical in the morning and got a few last minute questions.

I've never done 3phase testing before, having had a glimpse at the test rig, do I isolate the 3 phase board from the seperate isolator or just from the main switch inside the board. If it's from the isolator then how do I do the ZS and Pfc?

3 phase R1+R2, do i just link l1, l2, l3 with cpc and take 3 readings at the contactor and at the motor?

The isolator is possibly there for the assessors control, or maybe for you to use for isolation purposes. The ZE and PFC will be measured at the three phase board.
As you say, measure the R1&R2 for each of the three lines.
