Jenions,

learning the earth fault loop drawings for TT, TNS and TNCS will probably help. Very easy to learn, and draw. This question didnt come up in my exam (Nov 2010) But I think it comes up in most 2391 exams. An easy 15 marks. PM me and i will happily send you the drawings if you don't already have them.
