I've just enrolled on the 2392-10 course.Don't have much experience in inspection and testing.Just read some of the other posted threads,is this course a waste of time then.Is it a just a domestic qualification.I know the pass rate on the 2391-10 is very low:eek:

As far as I know this is just a domestic qualification, allowing you to test/inspect then sign off others work in domestic properties.
This is what I was recently told by a lecturer anyway.

Mac, as you may already know, the 2392 is for Initial Verification (as in new installs / additions) & yes, it is biased towards, but not specific to domestic

It is much, much easier to obtain than the 2391 which includes all the Initial stuff & obviously Periodics on top.

Altho it doesn`t have anything like the kudos of the latter, the 2392 would be a good stepping stone before tackling the full monty Periodic (particularily if you`re fairly new to I & T )
