2395 revision question

Hi guys, doing 2395 revision. Hope it is Ok to ask this here. The question is...List 6 (six) factors that need to be considered in order to ensure the safety of persons, when carrying out periodic inspection and testing in an occupied office environment. i have answered but i think I'm going in wrong direction to gae all 6. Probably the wrong sub forum, but you need to be thinking about what you are doing during a periodic inspection that could cause harm to others.
e.g. turning off circuits, testing R2, IR and ZE on circuits, opening enclosures.

So if you are doing this which factors do you need to address so that others are not at risk.
Telling, informing, labelling, warning, consulting, locking, testing, etc.
to prevent inconvenience, danger, shock, etc.

You have that it is an office environment with people still working, so what problems do you think you would have during testing and inspection and how would you address these?

most important one is be careful with that kettle of boiling water when making a brew for the tester.
