Hi,

If i had a 240v rated garden post light, powered it with 24v and used an e27 24v bulb, would it work?

I want 5 garden posts, and there's a nice one for 14 quid but it's 240v.

can't see any problems as long as you can get the E27 lamps @ 24V. are you thinking LED?
