A friend of mine replaced all electrical accessories and cables during renewal of his condo.
But the main cable they installed has burned 2 days after they switced electric on.
He rejected when he asked to his supplier for replacement. The supplier said the size choosen by electrician is wrong.
And he bought again (a bigger size)
Last weekend I was there. Also the electrician was there for reinstall the cable.
Electrician become very angry when my friend told him what supplier said.
And he showed us the old cable that reinstalled is 16 mm. But the new one that burned out is 25 mm. But seems thinner than the old.
When we visited supplier together, they informed us because of improving technology the new generation cables are thinner than old.
But electrician seems sure there is no such technology to make 25 mm cable thinner than 16mm. He suggested us to go court.
But supplier doesn't accept replacement. And no comment about burning when electrician standing with us.
Could someone comment is the suppliers information is true or sould we go court?
