Hi my 3 phase knowledge is limited but ive got a 3 phase commercial property to wire, my mate is a designer so will be having an input but as far as best practice goes, could i use a 3 phase board feeding single phase boards on each floor (3 floors) so a phase to each floor and maybe a board for the kitchen

then feed things such as corridoor lighting and smoke alarms from the 3 phase board?
