3 phase socket/single phase plug adaptor for PAT Tesing

I just want to make a 3 phase socket to single phase plug adaptor for PAT Tesing
can anyone out there show us how to connect the wires on the e phase socket

hello and welcome. your socket will need to be a 5 pin. then just pick a phase, neutral and earth.
