I've been trying to get hold of some of the above for a customer to replace their blown ones but can't for the life of me find 300mm T4's :(
Has anyone ever encountered them before or know where to get them?
 
You'll need to know the wattage and make (eg Osram, Silvania etc) of the lamp. T4 and T5 tubes come in all different lengths depending on who makes them. Had this problem before when swapping lamps when the wholesalers changed their stock.

This is solved. Praise elder gods. I didn't touch the parameters any more but added a small 120 ohm resistor to potentiometer. The tiny control...
