Hi guys, just after a bit of help if anyone who has recently completed the 305 design section (hotel/pool/café).

I'm on question 3, and have selected various RCBO's, RCD's, AFDD's and MCB's and have made sure they fit within the Ipf and requirements for special locations etc.. And have written up a bit on why I selected them.
I've written about prospective fault current, AFDD's and why I've selected them, nuisance tripping (for the fridges and fire alarm system hence the MCB's) and external influences.

I've handed this in and it's only half an A4 page of writing I've done, but the tutor keeps asking for more information but I'm struggling to think of more to write.

What did you guys put? Do you have any examples? I've attached an image with the Q below.

Throw us a copy of what you already submitted - so we can see a) that you've attempted it already (and not just fishing for answers without trying first and b) the logic you used to reach your answers.

Finished my project couple of months back & passed, did try and send you a PM but you dont accept PM's.
its asking you to select a range of protective devices from manufactures data, with our group is was just a question of picking what protective devices we wanted and finding manufactures data online and downloading it making sure all the info it asked in the question was within the printout & if you wanted to add anything put it in the assumptions.

What we learned was DONT over think it make it as simple as possible, only answer the questions that it asks, dont look for things that are not there.
Also dont forget to work out your volt drop from the Main DB (origin) then to your sub boards etc and adding to your final circuits etc.
