Hi need to install swa for air-con unit with a 32amp isolator. not used swa much so wondered if I need 4mm or will 2.5 suffice?

i'd use 6mm myself, depending on length of run.check volt drop. it's just as important as ccc.

I am slightly perplexed by your question.

Are you unable to do the calc using your regs guide, or are you thinking this will deviate from the 17th ed calc? If you think it will deviate, what extra do you think needs taking in to account?
