3map power shower on lighting circuit

I have been asked to replace a broken power shower. Looking at the wiring it is wired into a 3amp fused switch in the loft and then into a junction box on a what looks like the lighting circuit. Is this ok being only 3amps it isn't drawing much at all?

showers normally draw a lot more than 3 amps and should be on their own circuit

& the OP did say Power Shower - 3A max is quite normal for these, altho it`s preferable to supply them via fcu fed from RFC
