The Government has been refused permission to appeal in the Supreme Court.

That is the last line written in the statement by Click Green, so it looks like that's that then, 43.3p for installs up til 3rd March, and then 21p after that..

Let's all hope Barking just runs with that, so we can all get on, instead of delaying even more...
