Hi. As above I'm installing fans on a social housing contract and have a number of houses in the street where it's going to be very difficult to get access due to downstairs flats having plastic cladding below covering there car port. Yes i know there's an option to remove this and do it however the price quoted covers many houses and the time it will take cant justify it. Hoping there's something out there to allow it to be done internally and still make good. Cheers Damien

Anyone found one that doesn't specify a 110-115mm hole? Not ideal when your standard core sizes are 107mm and 117mm. Sometimes, just sometimes, it would be nice if designers & manufacturers were aware of the real world...

Citys do one that pops in from the inside, used them on social housing contracts. Used to call them 'push pull' vents. has a sloped round outlet and a rubber seal, just pop it in and cut it to length, think they were about 18quid mind.

You can install the Xpelair fan kit using a 100mm core drill
