We are going back to a customer we installed a couple of weeks ago as we are not happy with the performance. I want to take a reading from the inverter but have no sunnybeam/webbox etc.

Am I right in thinking that the 4000TL have built in bluetooth so we should be able to pick it up on the sunny explorer software on a laptop?

Also I have read that the inverter has a SD card slot - could we use this to pull the data off or does it have to be in the inverter in order to capture data in real time?

I have tried the SMA helpline and left a message but really wanting to get this ironed out as we should be going to the customer tomorrow.:dizzy2::dizzy2:

Yeah, if you have a laptop which is bluetooth enabled then you can download performance data onto Sunny Explorer.

Fair play for ensuring the system is performing to potential.
