Hi,

What is the right value to put on MCS and DNO forms for net capacity?

The total peak power of the panels is 4kW and the inverter is 96% efficient although limited to 16A.

Is it 4.0 x 0.96 = 3.84kW

or

3.68kW

As maximum available panel power is greater than maximum continuous inverter power output then:
TIC = DNC = max continuous inverter power output = 230 x 16 = 3.68kW
