Hi, I have been asked to fit a 32a isolator ready for an air con unit and picked one up from screwfix. Unfortunately the one I have is a 4 pole, can this still be used with 6mm t&e or do I need to replace it with a 2 pole. If it can be used do I just use terminals L1 & T2

Thanks

Is it a rotary 3 pole with a neutral tacked on the side? If so, use any two of the three main terminals. I usually unscrew the neutral switch in this situation, and throw it away, to give a bit more space in the enclosure
