5,5 kW Water Heater

We are wanting an effective heater to provide hot water to a remote hand basin which has a modern mixer tap.
I found this 4.5 kW in line .
Ask two electricians for quote and get huge price dispersion, but..
First said I need new circuit for water heater second said I don't. He is suggesting to split ring and install 20 A isolator.
I want job done compatible with regulations and if possible save money.
Could you advice how to install it?

i would heavily suggest a new circuit for this.

anythig above 2.2kW should be on it's own dedicated circuit. i for one would not entertain taking that sort of load off a ring final.

yep that should have its own circuit too.
