5 amp sockets

Guys,

Is it good practice to put 5 amp socket outlets for table lamps on its own breaker and not linked with the standard lighting circuit??

I would keep them on the local lighting circuit and have them switched like main lights.

Totally dependant on how your going to control them. if their going to be contolled via a plate switch or lighting control system 5a sockets if not 13a from the ring

i only found out a few months ago you can get 2 and 5 amp plugs and sockets
