Bsen 60010 = "Safety Requirements for Electrical Equipment for Measurement. Control and Laboratory Use - Part 2-020: Particular Requirements for Laboratory Centrifuges-Includes Amendment A1: 1996; IEC 1010-2-020. Modified."

I think this is a spelling mistake on the paper you have.

The only 60010 I know of is the ex LNER Gresley A4 Pacific locomotive "Dominion of Canada" which has been restored to a static display condition at the Canadian Railway Museum

Top speed about 120MPH, so 2x would be 240.

i got this question on a mock exam for the 302. couldn't find it anywhere not even on the net. the question said; state the two times for a r.c.d. bs en 60010. totally baffeld

I'd just assume it was 300ms x 1 and 40ms x 5 like the above??!?!
