Wat is 60Va in watts as ive seen this on those transformers which feed 2-3 lights
 
If you buy an IKEA light ie 3 20 watt lamps then you have a 60Va fine but if you need to change a lamp dont replace it with a 35 or 50 watt lamp or you will burn out the transformer . Also you can buy 100Va or 150Va transformers as well
