63 amp Rcd protecting 3 circuits 2 x 32 amp breakers and one 16 amp. Is it ok to add a 50 amp mcb for shower also. How do you calculate the maximum load on the Rcd ?

If those breakers are all going on the same rcd then there is a very good chance that they are going to "cook" it, depending on what the real load of those other circuits is. A cooker and kitchen ring, along with that shower will be curtains for that rcd.

80A ones will give you more leeway and are a fairly common size depending on make eg WYLEX but larger ones in some makes can be a real pig to find, or they don't fit :(.

Edit : looks like we are not able to link to TLC now - that link should have taken you to an 80A 30mA rcd for ÂŁ23 ex vat.

As per above from Dave. Swap to a 63A outlet and problem goes away. What gets plugged into it is not part of an inspection.
