A bit of a long shot but do any of you have or know where Imight be able to source, 2 x Square D I line 400A 3phase 4 wire tap off unitPart Number PBLA 36400GN by this weekend ....

6000+ quid for a 400A tap off unit?? ....Someones surely got to be taking the Pee on this site!! What the hell are they made of, ...Solid Gold?? lol!!!

What's the point of academic critical analysis, when your being ripped off to this degree?? It was all i could do, to hold back all the ''F's'' when i saw what this site was asking for what is a standard 400A breaker tap-off unit!! lol!!

They even wanted over 2000 quid for repairing a unit!!!! They must be just pulling figures out of the sky for this old Square D stuff!! Same goes for there old bakelite MCB's, that were crap when they were New!! lol!!

Market forces, if theres a limited supply and buyers.... Thats why land's always going to be a winner on this little island- everyone wants to come here and I hear they're not building any more land!!

Time for a bit of creative thinking.

An adaptable box 3 X 400A fuse links. a neutral link. Drill the chamber and bus-bars.

A lot cheaper, or is that to easy?
