Hi All, I had one of those emails telling me I was naughty by joining and not posting so I thought I had best say G'day. Im going through a career change at the moment and have been in the property game for a long time and chosen the sparks trade as my favourite choice to go forward from here. Read plenty and learnt plenty and thanks in advance for the continued help I will keep getting from here. Regards Mike
