A little help

The control panel is erroring up over a missing neutral, but I can't see anywhere to connect it, help

Is this 3 phase and earth supply? If so then you are stuffed and need to run a new supply cable.

From the pictures Its difficult to ascertain the feed from the load. I can't see an outgoing neutral, unless its the pink/mauve conductors. So I might assume that the machine is balanced 3-phase for 400v operation.
Does the machine require a neutral? It will certainly require a cpc, but there doesn't appear to have one supplied !

If a contactor coil was incorporated then that might be where a neutral is required. But then coils can be 400V

was a case of RTFM, the neutral went into the Y side and the E is grounded to the case, not seen this setup before, defo one for the books

Unfortunately we are not distance mind readers, we need as much information as can be given, to stand any chance of being able to help with a query....

RTFM the first rule of confusion ....learnt that yrs ago but not supprised you are confused as it isn't complying with marking or colour codes, ensure you tag your cables with N - L1 -L2 -L3 etc....

So is it a star connected motor or a control panel. Looks like a motor to me.

Motor through a panel
