Hi everyone, im a newbe here, im sitting my AM2 Exam in august and theres a question i'd like to ask... im quite sure on the outcome i just want to make sure.

basically on the 2 way lighting with an intermediate and a keyswitch over-ride, is the correct way to wire this by obviously wiring the 2way and intermediate as normal and then involving the keyswitch by having a perm feed to the common and then bringing 2 cables from the L2 of the keyswitch to going to both supply sides of the intermediate switch..?? By doing this when the keyswitch is operating on L1 nothing happenins as the override feed ends there and by having the keyswitch operating on L2 the override is in force as power is going to both ides of the switch and, so the power cannot be turned off by any of the 3 switches??

Is this correct??

Cheers

Matt

thank you for that mate i'll do it that way i think! lol

also on the logbook.. is it necissary to have full p.p.e on during the photo evidence?? im on a domestic job tomorrow changing an external ip55 socket to an ip66 socket which has been wired in 1.5 mm :)confused:) so i could finish the domestic side my logbook off with it on units 2 and 8 just wondering if p.p.e is required though or whether i could get by without it been as its domestic??

Cheers
