A PFC question. Please Help.

When carrying out PFC test on a TN-S single phase system, where do the pfc tester leads go on the main switch is it on the incoming (top) side of the main switch or feed (down) side of the main switch?

Line probe on incoming (top) earth probe on MET. (PEFC)

Line probe on line incoming, neutral probe on neutral incoming (top) (PSCC)

Is it the same for an TN-C-S supply?
And ... do you do the same test at the furthest point of the installation, if so what is the test called, i think im confusing myself the more i read
and how do you know where the furthest point of a ring final circuit is any way
