Thought it worth a post, after purchasing a Mac at Christmas I am now up to speed and have entirely digitised our handover pack. It took me an evening to merge documents together but this should potentially speed up the process. Plus of course save paper...and the planet ...?! We now will present our customers a pdf file in either a USB dongle or link to online store, I'm pleased about this minor accomplishment although fellow directors don't share my excitement....
